Info on powerful people etc, why wasn't he put in witness protection ?? 95% of witnesses in the program are "criminals". No Witness, following program guidelines, has been killed while under the active protection of the U.S. Marshals Service.

They could have kept him alive IF THEY WANTED TOO

He was under indictment-your strawman assumes him already agreeing to testify against others........ DO you have something to support that??
