I'll try. Elections aren't rigged through "addition", they are rigged through "subtraction" and it's legal to rig an election...the election laws are written to not only allow but to encourage election workers to disenfranchise voters.

You show ID when you register. You get a voter's card and are assigned a precinct. That works pretty well, When you vote your name has to be in the book and your signature is matched.
