If Trump runs again he would have Democrats voting for him. Trump has a way of getting the Democrats to do the opposite of what they did a few years ago.

I’ll give him this… he was very oblique in succeeding with income redistribution legislation.
Not many noticed or were aware of it but I saw it for what it was.
He went too far with his WOTUS rule which was a veiled attempt at private property confiscation by the federal government, but he tried.
I hope the constitution wins and neither of them runs.

trump has never gotten a majority of the popular vote, but instead has always won by the skin of his teeth.
We are entering a bad recession, and looking at a worsening international relations. The social contract is breaking down. Worse yet, trump will be running having blatantly broken the Constitution. At that point 47% of the popular vote starts becoming 27% of the popular vote. he cannot win on that.
A "younger more popular Barack Obama" does not literally mean Obama, but rather someone like Obama. Obama will never become a younger version of himself, but instead keep aging like the rest of us. It is completely constitutional for someone like Obama to run, much like it is constitutional for someone like trump to run. What would be unconstitutional is if trump runs for a third term.
