Sure open at Irans option as long as you meet their conditions and if that involves a toll on certain countries, you pay it.
Even Trump is not denying it and is only saying maybe the US will get it in on it and split the payments via a "Joint Venture" because like any good mob boss he sees it is a great deal and money maker for Iran and his first instinct is not to try and end it but rather to get a cut.

All smart smaller nations now with any strategic choke point location access can now see via this war (and Ukraine prior) that is simply makes no sense to build up big and expensive conventional military force in an attempt to 'show force' that would deter a greater power from attacking.
Instead build up massive drone capabilities, at a fraction of the cost, that can be hidden, moved and threaten and shut down down key infrastructure threatening world wide economic chaos. And make the conventional army try to shoot them all down requiring multiples more of the much more expensive munitions.
Iran could threaten the two key straits in the area, which would cause world wide economic damage far beyond just threatening one of the other individually.

it is what i have always said and we all know now, and quite frankly Trump making it so clear is a gift to the rest of America.
There is a percent of America (Hillary rightly identified as the Deplorables) who have absolutely no morals or positions. NONE, ZERO. They are just empty hate units who can adopt to any position as long as it serves for an outlet for their hate. Early republicans recognized it and talked about and labelled it "The Southern Strategy" but saw it as too dangerous to use to America over all.
But in the future we must remember that any position they push (anti gay, anti pedophile, anti war, etc) is all fake for them and they will take the exact opposite view the day after a leader who feeds their hate takes it.
