You might be right about the Justice Department prosecuting Trump, but the Senate is going to investigate everything.
 
Republicans set the precedent. They continued to investigate Hillary Clinton for the better part of three decades.

Trump should be dogged until his inevitable death from flab and cholesterol clogged arteries

Biden should remain uninvolved in any Justice Department investigation. He should not encourage nor should he kill ANY ongoing investigations. If the result of those investigations is that Trump is indicted, so be it. I am totally uninterested in whether the cult believes those prosecutions are political. I don't care about them any longer. They are traitors. They should be treated as traitors.

True, but pursuing Trump just adds to division, something Biden doesn’t want, besides, it makes us look like a banana republic, the incoming Administration investigating the previous, very Trumpian, that which we are trying to move away from

All that accomplishes is further dividing the country, and increasing the appeal of the Cruzs and Cottons on the right, perpetuating the cycle and feeding the right wing media

Trump is psychologically broken, his narcissism can’t handle the lose, his brand is tarnished with all the post election embarrassment, and after Georgia, his influence in the GOP has to have diminished some, what is to gained by pursuing him, as I said above, makes us look like a banana republic

...and they SHOULD be treated as traitors.

The assholes who continue to vote for them so that they can remain in the Congress...
