Imran Awan takes deal; Dirty Debbie in deep doo-doo; will Killary strike?

The curious case of Imran Awan, which sounds like an international spy thriller, is entering its third act. Awan was a congressional IT aide to Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz, D-Fla., and he was finally fired just after he was arrested trying to fly to Pakistan last summer.

Awan and his wife, Hina Alvi, were charged last summer with bank fraud. They now appear poised to strike a plea deal with the Department of Justice. A plea agreement hearing is set for July 3 before U.S. District Judge Tanya S. Chutkan in Washington, Fox News reported Wednesday.

As I’ve dug deep into this case for my book “Spies in Congress” (out later this year), sources have made it clear that the bank fraud charges in this case, though very real, are just a way to hold the defendants.

Alleged theft of congressional equipment, massive data breaches of Congress members’ emails, likely espionage and more are all wrapped up in this case that involves data from 40 or more Democratic members of Congress.

Sources tell me that the FBI’s Joint Terrorism Task Force has been looking into this matter since well before Awan and his crew of Pakistani congressional IT aides were booted off the House computer network in February 2017.

Sources also say that investigators were particularly interested in whether anyone else in the congressional offices that all of these IT aides worked for was involved in alleged improper activity. This might include Rep. Wasserman Schultz, who was the Democratic National Committee (DNC) chair when she employed Awan. It might also include former Rep. Xavier Becerra, D-Calif., who employed Awan when Becerra was chairman of the House Democratic Caucus. Becerra is now California attorney general.

“The House Office of Inspector General tracked the Awans network usage and found that a massive amount of data was flowing from the (congressional) networks,” said Rep. Scott Perry, R-Pa. “Over 5,700 logins by the five Awan associates were discovered on a single server within the House, the server of the Democratic Caucus Chairman, then Rep. Xavier Becerra of California. Up to 40 or more members of Congress had all of their data moved out their office servers and onto the Becerra server without their knowledge or consent.”

Becerra left Congress in January 2017. Before he left, Capitol Police wanted a copy of the caucus server’s contents.

Becerra presumably told Imran Awan that Capitol Police wanted a copy of the server. What is known is that Awan did produce a copy of a server’s data for Capitol Police; however, after taking a look at the data they were provided, Capitol Police determined they were given a copy of data from some other server instead.

“Capitol Police found that the image (the copy of the server contents) they were supplied was false,” said Rep. Perry, quoting a report from the House Office of Inspector General.

So the Awans had access to – in fact, were copying – all the emails, personal schedules and other data from the Democrats they worked for to this server and, according to other reports, a Dropbox account.

Imran Awan was also going back to Pakistan for long stays and, in fact, at times worked remotely from Pakistan. This is where the case leads to possible espionage.

Meanwhile, court hearings on the alleged bank fraud Imran Awan and Hina Alvi have been charged with have been delayed again and again. The last hearing took place in October 2017.

The delays came as Department of Justice prosecutors and defense attorneys have been fighting it out over a laptop found in a cubbyhole (what was once a phone booth) in congressional office building that has the username “REPDWS” (a computer used by Imran Awan that is the property of Rep. Wasserman Schultz’s office).

What’s on this computer we can only surmise, but it is clear that Wasserman Schultz wants the evidence kept out of court. She even publicly threatened the chief of the Capitol Police with “consequences” if the laptop wasn’t returned.

Meanwhile, a House Office of Inspector General investigation determined that Awan and his crew (none of whom underwent background checks to gain the IT positions they held in Congress) committed numerous violations of House security policies.

There is a lot more to come from this explosive case. Before this plea agreement hearing was set the biggest worry was that the government’s odd failure to prosecute Awan for alleged thefts of government equipment (some of which were found in a garage of one of Awan’s rental properties) and the many alleged national security violations pointed to a political cover-up.

Now it appears the plot is set for a riveting climax.

WILL KILLARY MAKE IT LOOK LIKE SUICIDE, DIRTY DEMOCRAT DEBBIE?

A House DEMOCRAT staffer who fled to Pakistan while under criminal investigation struck a deal with federal officials to return to the U.S., according to court documents.

Hina Alvi is the wife of Imran Awan, and both face charges of conspiracy and bank fraud.

Both worked for DEMOCRATS for several years, and Awan worked directly for Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz, D-Fla., when she was chairwoman of the DEMOCRAT National Committee.

A document filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia states that federal prosecutors have struck a deal with Alvi that would allow her to return to the U.S., but also requires her to surrender her passport and afterwards not book any international travel.

The deal only surrounds how Alvi will turn herself in, and is structured so that she can avoid being arrested in front of her children when she returns.

Alvi, and Awan in particular, are the focus of investigations by the FBI and Capitol Police regarding irregularities for purchases of some computers and other equipment which was later discovered to be missing. The pair, and their associates, could have had access to sensitive government information over the years.

Last July, the FBI seized smashed hard drives from Awan's home.

In addition to the computer-related charges, Awan and Alvi are facing charges in which federal officials claim that they used false information to obtain home equity lines of credit, and intended to send the money overseas.

This is a story the Democratic Party of the Jackass and Mueller don't want out there. It is my opinion that Imran Awan and his contracted cohorts were the source of the DNC leaks to wiki and NOT the Russians as has been falsely claimed.

The story is HUGE! The FAKE media are trying to avoid it.

This is what "obstruction of justice" looks like

A laptop that DEMOCRAT Rep. Dirty Debbie Wasserman Schultz frantically fought to keep prosecutors from examining may have been planted for police to find by her since-indicted staffer, Imran Awan, along with a letter to the U.S. Attorney.

U.S. Capitol Police found the laptop after midnight April 6, 2017, in a tiny room that formerly served as a phone booth in the Rayburn House Office Building, according to a Capitol Police report.

Alongside the laptop were a Pakistani ID card, copies of Awan’s driver’s license and congressional ID badge, and letters to the U.S. attorney.

Police also found notes in a composition notebook marked “attorney-client privilege.”

The laptop had the username “RepDWS,” even though the Florida DEMOCRAT and former DEMOCRAT National Committee chairman previously said it was Awan’s computer and that she had never even seen it.

Awan was banned Feb. 2, 2017, from the congressional computer network because he is a suspect in a cybersecurity investigation, but he still had access to House facilities because dirty DEMOCRAT Wasserman Schultz continued to employ him.

Dirty DEMOCRAT Wasserman Schultz used a televised May 18, 2017 congressional hearing on the Capitol Police budget to threaten “consequences” if Chief Matthew Verderosa did not give her the laptop.

She changed her story two months later, claiming it was Awan’s laptop — bought with taxpayer funds — and she had never seen it. “This was not my laptop,” she said August 3. “I have never seen that laptop. I don’t know what’s on the laptop.”

Awan, his wife, Hina Alvi, and two of his Pakistani-born brothers are at the center of a joint FBI-Capitol Police cybersecurity criminal investigation of their IT work for dozens of DEMOCRAT House members.

Awan was arrested by the FBI at Dulles International Airport July 25, 2017, while trying to board a flight to his native Pakistan and then indicted on four counts of bank fraud in connection with his wire transfer of nearly $300,000 to Pakistan. The bank fraud charges are tangential to the cybersecurity probe.

The reporting officer wrote that when he saw Awan’s name, he recalled guarding an interrogation of him a few months earlier. The “attorney client privilege” notation also prevented police from immediately reviewing some of the papers.

Nonetheless, the officer opened the MacBook and found that its login screen did not contain Awan’s username, but rather “RepDWS.”

Dirty DEMOCRAT Debbie Wasserman Schultz colluded with DEMOCRAT Crooked Hillary to cheat fellow DEMOCRAT candidate Bernie Sanders, and now we learn that she employed a Pakistani with a revoked clearance even though she knew he wasn't supposed to have access to sensitive materials.

Now Mr. Awan is in jail after being caught trying to flee the country. His wife escaped but has made a deal with the feds to come back and tell them everything.

He's in imminent danger of Arkanicide

Prosecutors have given Imran Awan a copy of the hard drive of a House laptop that DEMOCRAT Rep. Dirty Debbie Wasserman Schultz tried to keep law enforcement from looking at, court filings show, suggesting prosecutors intend to bring charges related to the underlying cybersecurity and theft probe.

The hard-drive copy was included in discovery even though the Florida DEMOCRAT has said the laptop contains House information on it and is a government-paid work computer, and even though Imran was fired and banned from the House network because of suspected cybersecurity violations.

Imran left the laptop, with the username RepDWS, in a phone booth in circumstances that suggest that it was not accidentally forgotten there.

Alongside it, he left a copy of his ID and letters to the U.S. attorney that ensured it would be treated as evidence instead of simply returned as a missing laptop.

Imran entered a House office building the night of April 6, two months after he was banned by House authorities from touching its network, and placed the laptop, a copy of his ID, and letters to the US Attorney in a phone booth, according to a police report. There would be little reason to enter the phone booth, and it would be difficult to forget items there.

Imran also left in the phone booth a notebook that said “attorney client privilege,” which could be a reason why prosecutors gave Imran’s lawyer a copy of what could be DEMOCRAT Wasserman Schultz’s laptop. Prosecutors said they were giving him a copy under the legal process of discovery, in which defendants have a right to evidence being used against them.

He has only been charged with bank-fraud crimes related to trying to flee the country with cash, which is why its inclusion in discovery suggests prosecutors intend to bring charges related to the underlying cybersecurity and theft probe.

Imran’s lawyer, Wasserman Schultz, and many in the media have said the misconduct involving Imran goes no further than bank fraud, but the timeline makes clear that a serious criminal investigation into those House issues was the impetus for those moves, and the notebook also included “case details” and letters about “the apparent owner of the bag being investigated,” well before he was accused of bank fraud.

IS DIRTY DEMOCRAT DEBBIE A DEAD WOMAN WALKING? WHAT WILL KILLARY DO?

The FBI seized smashed hard drives from the home of DEMOCRAT Congressional IT staffer Imran Awan, a former employee of Congresswoman Dirty DEMOCRAT Debbie Wasserman Schultz - who maintained a personal and working relationship with the jailed Pakistani even after he was stripped of his clearances.

After emails leaked by WikiLeaks forced DEMOCRAT Wasserman Schultz to resign from her post as DEMOCRAT DNC chair, her ties to Awan have embroiled her in yet another political scandal.

Awan and four other former DEMOCRAT congressional IT staffers are being investigated by U.S. Capitol Police and the FBI for “wide-ranging equipment and data theft.”

this is getting good

And it would be great timing heading into the November midterms. That blue wave could turn red if the democrat party is embroiled in a massive scandal involving letting secrets get to terrorists. that wouldn't look so good to voters

Not enough Stormy Daniels out there to stem that tide

It's pretty plain that Dirty Debbie covered up for felons and tried to withhold evidence of Hillary's misdeeds via her attempt to get "Awan's" laptop (which I think was really hers) from the Capitol Police.

NOW WOULD BE A GOOD TIME FOR SOME ARKANICIDE, HILS

Legal teams for Imran Awan and Hina Alvi are close to finalizing immunity deals with the Justice Department that could spare them jail time in exchange for testimony against sitting members of Congress, federal law enforcement sources said.

FBI sources familiar with the case said that Imran Awan’s legal counsel was “deep in the process” of structuring an immunity deal for himself and his wife with Justice Department lawyers. The deal would allow the couple to freely testify against any or all Democrat lawmakers they worked for, including Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz.

It was reported that the couple was working on a plea deal to avoid prison time. Federal sources said those talks had progressed into a likely immunity deal for the duo.

The focus of the federal probe has shifted from bank fraud allegations against the Pakistani couple to classified intelligence breaches in Congress, FBI sources confirm.

Did Killary order the hit?

Former DEMOCRAT IT aide Imran Awan is simultaneously married to two women.

Gunmen shot at one wifes' home soon after she told police Awan kept her “like a slave”.

She obtained restraining orders soon after.

Dirty DEMOCRAT Debbie Wasserman Schultz’ indicted former IT aide, Imran Awan, was married to two Virginia women simultaneously, and 15 days after one of them told police that Imran kept her “like a slave,” gunmen shot into her family home, according to police reports filed in Pakistan.

The shooting occurred in August 2016 — days after the House Inspector General informed the Committee on House Administration that Imran allegedly committed cybersecurity violations.

In a report filed with police, Siddique’s father, who owns the house, said he believed Siddique had been targeted.

The shooting is unsolved.
