That's a meaningless statement. Calfornia is pulling its weight, and the weight of some welfare states like Tennesee, in its federal dollars. We so far, have zero information on the percentage of "dependent" people California has vs other states. We have not even defined "dependent".

LOL well its got its charming qualities and not so charming ones. I like it cause i dont have to worry about employment around here. And family here. pvd, bos, worcester, Springfield, Hartford.. all within commuting distance from my house.

there are multiple sections of Boston where there are strips of bars. north end, quincy market and faneuil hall, backbay, fens.. etc.
