If it's coming out "soon" then Mueller's run out of people's lives to ruin.
I seriously doubt any report is coming "soon" because Mueller still has waterboarding to do on Roger Stone before Stone is financially ruined from legal bills, plus this so called report will be timed with the primaries or the gen. election to do the most damage to Trump politically.
