Could be. Doesnt seem reasonable for it to be some sort of appeal of the lower court decision decriminalizing it though it could possibly be. They have had a lot of problems with rape but ive not heard that homosexual behaviours were involved. Of course i dont keep up with news in india and its possible such would get much press in the west.
