Industry will regulate itself ? Sure here is proof

IMHO this company should have to pay for the medical care of all who were made ill by their product. Also a reasonable settlement to cover suffering , loss of work, etc.
A substantial settlement to the families of those who died. And anyone who approved shipping contaminated product put in prison.

And all this without individuals having to sue the company, it should be under the criminal trial part.

This type of thing would clear up the courts a bit.
