Now we have a bunch of cops that took part in an insurrection and are on video. Every so often we see another video of a cop doing something that violates policy or violates law or brutalizes a suspect. how these cops don't get that they're being filmed and that their behavior is going to be examined is just dumbfounding. It's time we have IQ standards for cops the stupidity level is just too stupid.

In fact, the higher the IQ the further people move away from the norm.
A vast majority of people in Prison or homeless have higher than average IQ's.
It's the stupid folk who are the ones that easily do as they are told.

Not necessarily. In a consumerist, capitalist nation where Money is God, most are raised to "go for the gold".
Too many people equate high bank account figures with high IQ but, as you pointed out, that's not true because money doesn't equal IQ. High IQ people often have higher paying jobs but their behavior could either be an asset or a deficit.
Example: Bill Clinton and his dick.

Norm of what? IQ? Of course. Success? Education? Work Ethic? Bravery?
I've worked with some very smart but flaky people and some average IQ who I'd trust with the lives of my family. IQ and behavior are not always correlated. Too many variables depending upon the type of behavior.
