Military will never follow him as the orders would be unConstitutional, and illegal. Best he might do is organize a few so-called "militia" types, and they would soon be done away with.

Hitler was able to take over because he consolidated a huge amount of power by befriending and building trust with politicians and the military behind Hindenburg's back. Trump, being stupid and rude, was never able to do that. Even if he does manage to get some of the military to enforce martial law, the rest of the military would fight those traitors.
