Noman and Jarod are saying that the picture Jarod is using as an avatar, is porn.

Doesn't that mean that Jarod is in violation of Rule 12 and should be banned?

12(a) - No Porn. This is not a porn site. It will be deleted. If it is constant you will likely lose access to the board. The board is for debate not sexual content. This includes nude photos and links to such as well as graphic stories of sexual encounters. This is a politics site, not a site for sexual gratification.

So is it porn?
 
It is porn here in the US, especially in a political form due to context, and as well as Gayrod's stated beliefs. It's not porn in Europe where and when the photo shoot was performed.
 
Need votes here guys.

Several liberals on JPP, have posted it as an image also; so are they guilty of a Rule 12 violation??

It most certainly is and I just noticed it today and asked about it.
 
I gather it's the picture of the First Babe.
As j-rod has indeed called it porn then he believes it to be porn. He saw the rules so he.knows that's not ok.
