We know from hollywood how good masking tech is.....I have been told that the CIA has a whole department for this.
 
Also that claimed live address to the nation was not live....it was recorded....the time on the watch of whomever that was was visible.

Did they record an actor and then make an AI voice track for it?
 
I dont know what the point of the con would be but these fuckers lie constantly.....sometimes it seems like they are lying just to see if they can pull it off.

One thing I am so glad about is that Joe's days are numbered. His frailness and his inability to display complete disgust with FEMA lies, makes me more ready to see this guy gone with the wind.
