I have to say, I really don’t understand this lawsuit by the DNC.
How can they be serious?
I see nothing but bad for them with this stunt
If it gets dismissed they lose.
If they drop it, they lose face
If they push forward, they have to give up their server and testify under oath. Something they don’t want to do.
Could it just be a cynical ploy to raise money?
