Is there any doubt Donnie is Putin's lap monkey?

Trump talks to Putin to find out what he will accept so Donnie can pretend he is tough on Russia. Putin is in charge of that relationship.

That’s the way I read it to. Trump is Putin’s lapdog if not butt monkey.
