An architect who spent her life involved in the safe design and construction of buildings, dies when crumbling debris from a high-rise building fall and strike her as she walks past on the sidewalk below.

Erica Tishman, a New York architect with more than 30 years of experience in architectural design, construction, and project management, died on Tuesday after being struck by falling debris from a 17-story building on a cold and rainy morning in midtown Manhattan. She was 60 years old.

Here's another irony. Kind of a cruel one.

The disorder that is the inability to pronounce the letter "R" begins with "R" - rhotacism.

So the person that suffers from it can't even pronounce it properly.
