William Howard Taft (R, 1909-1913) was famously obese – he had to have a larger bathtub installed in the White House – whereas Donald John Trump (?, 2017-forever) is only borderline since he gained a couple of inches in height c. 2016, shaving just enough off his body mass index.

P.S. Muscle is denser than fat, so very muscular people such as certain types of athletes may be a healthy weight even though their BMI would be classed as obese.
But I don’t think that applies to Trump.
