I'm going to hazard a guess that there are substantially more men on the WHO than women. You could always help your cause by going and earning an MD, but then there's that little problem of you being retarded...

No, they can't. It'd be like holding your breath until you suffocate to death: not physiologically possible, as your survival instincts will override your insane experimentations. Perhaps the men in WHO simply have more in common with mainstream men such as me, instead of fucktards like you, which is to say, that they love women deeply, and wish to dedicate a portion of their lives to helping women, like good gentlemen. Men sabotage the lives of other men all the time; it's physiologically very possible.

The WHO should serve men's health as well because men are equal to women and children.

If they want to be chivalrous to impress chicks and get dates they can do that with their personal money. The world Health organiztion is intended to serve all genders.
