In a parliamentary system, candidates for high office will have served for a number of years at various levels. Colleagues will have seen what they can do, usually over an extended period. Can you imagine anyone who has seen Trump at work wanting to make him anything?

Do you know the president is supposed to speak in measured terms and be diplomatic? His words have big impacts and he should not speak whenever he gets the urge. Yesterday Purto Rico was the most corrupt government on earth. He talks in hyperbole like a child.
