Of course this only applies in real life. On the internet the politically bias rage at my perspective. In real life people say I know more about politics than anyone they have ever met....and those are the people that don't like my perspective..

I think Seeger is right. On a geopolitical scale, we need to talk with the representatives of nations we disagree with. It is vital that we determine who the assholes are before we show them the consequences of their stupidity. No worries though! These days, the only weapon we deploy in the war on stupidity seems to be the occasional drone strike and the threat of even MORE talking.

Even in real life this is difficult for a lot of people. People are often comfortable with their own biases no matter how wrong they may be. A lot of people are unwilling to be open to new ideas or ideas that contradict their own. I do agree that it is important to talk to people but to do so requires a certain level of maturity and intelligence something a lot of people in today's society lack.
