WASHINGTON — Special counsel Jack Smith has filed a motion to drop all four felony charges against President-elect Donald Trump in connection with his effort to overturn his 2020 presidential election in the lead-up to the deadly Jan. 6 attack on the U.S Capitol.

Proving this was politics, and election interference, all along.

Not at all, he isn’t doing such because there is no case, rather because of the existing Imperial Presidency idiocy established by Barr in the AG office, which was compounded with Trump’s stooges saying he was above the law, and Smith is doing it “without prejudice,” meaning statue of limitations will not apply and it can be reopened in the future
