I met a Canadian who would come down here from Canada in the winter. He would collect Canadian unemployment (I think he called it something else, but that's what it was) and work here in the States. He was a Painter when I met him. That was a long time ago when you didn't need any Passports or anything.

I think there was a study years ago that tried to blame it on exposure to paint thinner fumes.
