Jimmy Carter: The media has been harder on Trump than predecessors

I don't agree with Jimmy "JC" Carter on most but I do here.

WASHINGTON — President Trump has an unexpected defender: Jimmy Carter.

“I think the media have been harder on Trump than any other president certainly that I’ve known about,” Carter told New York Times columnist Maureen Dowd. "I think they feel free to claim that Trump is mentally deranged and everything else without hesitation.”

While Carter's comments about the media might please Trump, an ex-presidential couple might not be too happy with the Times interview: Bill Clinton and former Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton.

"We voted for (Bernie) Sanders" in the primary, Carter said.

I take most criticisms of Trump with a grain of salt. I don't pay any attention to CNN's.
Probably why the snowflakes, antifas and moonbats think I'm a racist besides advocating a healthy diet.
I guess JC is now a racist too. I'll bet he eats healthy. 93 yrs. old. Fucking racist.
 
Let's not get into the leftist habit of embracing slimeballs when they say something we agree with.

If I didn't already know it's true, Carter's statement would make me doubt it.

No, I won't embrace him, he was a really bad president. I just happen to agree with him here.
The moonbats consider him one of the greatest presidents of all time. Now maybe they'll see him as a racist like they do me.

It's a slippery slope, my friend.

Recently JPP liberals lauded Dirty Larry Flynt, a pornographer who published pedophile cartoons for 13 years because he did something they "happen" to agree with.

Carter was a weak leader who let Muslim terrorists attack Americans with impunity - an event that encouraged others to do the same.

I blame Carter for the rise of Islamic terror worldwide. He is an idiot and a weakling whose every word is suspect.

No Habitat for Humanity house will ever atone for the damage he did.

Carter is trying to manipulate Trump into being a functional POTUS. Do you think foreign leaders compliment and butter Trump up because he deserves it? Trump is the easiest mofo on the planet to manipulate.

Haven't known enough folks to have an opinion. I've been surprised at the number of blacks I've met that fully support him though.
Besides , Obama did all he could to "deepen racial divisions", not sure if Trump could do any more.

They forget that I'm more liberal than them on half the issues. But that's the left... go against them on one topic, one issue, one sentence and they declare I'm a nazi racist republican. lol, I find it kinda funny.
 
Here's what I don't get about the so-called libertairans on jpp.com.

They have made message board careers proclaiming their alleged free thinking political independence, patting themselves on the back for their self-professed superiority for supposedly standing on a pedestal above the partisan fray. And to anyone who will listen, they will routinely declare that they "never supported" George Dumbya or President Pussy Grabber.

Oddly enough, if you really pay attention, these "libertarians" are very often found to be running cover for Dumbya and Drumpf....running interference for them....defending them.

Is there really that much difference between somebody who confesses to voting for President Pussy Grabber, and someone who spends a message board career running cover for the Orange Toad. Obviously, there is not!

Trump is the most dishonest, most unprepared, most inarticulate, and least capable president this nation, arguably, has ever had.

It is the media's job to point out when the president is lying. Since Trump lies on a daily, sometimes hourly basis, there is obviously going to be more stories about it. I personally don't consider it a "negative" story when somebody calls out Trump's lie. Has he EVER apologized for saying Obama wiretapped him? I mean there are so many hundreds of lies he has told about people, I don't even think it would be possible for him to apologize for them all.

Constant lying is a poison. In the long run, the only person being harmed by it is the liar. That is something Trump - and more than a few jpp.com message boarders - should recognize.

Emphatic no. I still advocate a healthy diet, consider CNN fake news, hate Trump but admire his independence , and like Carter I think the MSM is over the top anti Trump. If that's not rayciss I don't know what is.
