Violent insurrectionists attacked the Capitol, threatened the lives of elected officials and assaulted brave law enforcement officers.

Fallacy fallacy. Since Jan 6 wasn't an insurrection, and the above makes that claim without merit, the conclusions and argument presented are a fallacy as well.
