John and Yoko's Love-in

A little nostalgia for the old folks.

1969, John Lennon and Yoko Ono’s Bed Peace

Available until midnight Aug 21st. (I assume that’s Eastern Time.)

For the young'uns this is a one hour video on how Grandpa and Grandma tried to change the world. When John Lennon was asked the purpose of he and Yoko in bed John replied, "We're only trying to get us some peace." That resulted in an entire generation taking to the bed. :)

To say "Those Were The Days" is a gross understatement. :D

Ahhh, nostalgia isn't what it used to be.
Nostalgia for John Lennon ends at his meeting with the Japanese witch.
Those were the days when John and Cynthia were a young couple and he was writing crap (A Spaniard in the Works) and sketching his mates. Those were the days when you could walk up Bold Street in Liverpool and hear the Liverpool sound from rooms over pubs and shops and perhaps catch a glimpse of Lennon being forcibly ejected from the Odd Spot.
Now THAT'S nostalgia.
