Trump fires back, saying Kelly “can’t keep his mouth shut.”

Regarding Trump's phone call with Ukraine's president, the former Chief of Staff said it changed longstanding U.S. policy and that Vindman reported it because it was tantamount to hearing an illegal order. "Vindman did exactly what we teach them to do from cradle to grave. We teach them: don’t follow an illegal order.”

Kelly also criticized Trump's handling of North Korea, saying Trump's efforts to end the regime's nuclear program through diplomacy are futile. “Kim will never give up his nuclear weapons. President Trump tried - that’s one way to put it - but it didn’t work. I never did think Kim would do anything other than play us for a while, and he did that fairly effectively.”

Kelly also said he doesn't believe the press is “the enemy of the people”!

He denounced as well Trump's intervention in the case of Eddie Gallagher, a Navy Seal who was convicted last year of posing for photos with the corpse of an ISIS fighter.
"He was found guilty of a certain thing," Kelly said of Gallagher. "So, the idea that the commander in chief intervened there, in my opinion was exactly the wrong thing to do."

He must be. Trump can do no wrong. Vinjdman followed procedures by the book, That can not be permitted in this Whitehouse.

Suppose you saw someone who

- holds mass rallies where his devoted followers chant hatred of the "enemy"
- heaps vulgar abuse on anyone he thinks has crossed him
- keeps a hit list of perceived enemies to be dealt with
- calls the hitherto free press "the enemy of the people"
- loves to consort with authoritarians all over the world.

Is it a liberal? Is it a turd? No, it's a fascist!

dems do all those things, including abuuse of their positions of authority.

fascism is when corporations and governments form a unified power structure, one hand washing the other. governments lose their effectiveness of regulating business whatsoever, and businesses start sculpting policy and markets to their favor, regardless of the impact on other members of society.

this is fascism. trump criticizing liars is not fascism.

In many ways, tRump is the closest thing to "Hitler" mentality that we have ever seen in this country. Just look at how terrified the Republicans are of him.
