Judge rules Mahmoud Khalil can be deported

From the link:

JENA, La. — A Louisiana immigration judge ruled Friday that activist Mahmoud Khalil can be deported.

Khalil, who as a Columbia University graduate student led pro-Palestinian protests there last year, was detained last month after Secretary of State Marco Rubio determined that Khalil had engaged in "antisemitic protests and disruptive activities, which foster a hostile environment for Jewish students in the U.S."

In an undated 2-page memo submitted to the court, Rubio detailed that on March 7 he got information about Khalil from the Department of Homeland Security and as a result he determined that allowing Khalil to remain in the country would undermine a U.S. foreign policy goal of combating antisemitism around the world.

Yelling “death to America, death to Israel” is a terrorist threat.

Assaulting Jewish students is frowned upon.

This is a very big win.

Along with the cancellations of student visas of those college students who engage in violent protests and intimidation of Jewish students, President Trump is winning, winning, winning.

This is due process...He got his day in front of a Judge now his ass can go
I hope they broadcast the highlights of him being kicked the hell out. I like to see him transported in a plain white panel van with a cage in the back, then to a holding cell to wait for a couple of days without a blanket, lol. It would be nice if they could throw in a head shaving, but I know that's wishful thinking. Then, I'd like to see him escorted to a shitty little fishing boat for the trip across the pond to the other side and into another panel van for a long bumpy ride to whatever is home for the loser.

They have revoked over 250 student visas. If someone actually "participated" in a "violent protest," sure. But I'd guess if we really looked at these revocations, there would be many who just expressed an opinion that the admin didn't like.

It's actually an incredibly sad thing. We are no longer a country that truly values free speech.

It's weird that people are celebrating that.
