judge rules that the 'like' button is not protected free speech

But even if this judge's decision is wrong, employer's can limit free speech can't they? I agree that the like button is speech and should be protected as such, including all the limits of that protection. I mean, here you have employees of someone running for office basically endorsing an opposing candidate? Sorry, they should absolutely be fired. I support an employer's right to fire employees in situations like this.
