Judge rules Virginia's late election law changes for mail-in ballots were illegal

the new Virginia Board of Elections rule notified county election boards that any ballots "received by the general registrar's office by noon on the third day after the election ... but does not have a postmark, or the postmark is missing or illegible" should not be rendered invalid. The elections board decided a week later that those ballots should be counted.

The states run corrupt elections -toss in ballot harvesting - this is what happens with consent decree in GA as well

I disagree, there needs to be an understanding that all elections are somewhat rigged and they are legally rigged.

There is no way to have an above-board election.

Tom, you need three in a precinct to turn an election, that's it. That's all you need. There has never been an honest election in America. The problem is that in 2020 the rules were broken.

Politics is a lot like baseball. You can scuff the ball, cork the bat, steal signs...it's all good as long as you put the work in. Once you mount cameras in centerfield and steal signs with them though you're dead...you're going to get plunked by the high heat at that point. You can cheat all you want but once you resort to technology you're fucked, you crossed a line.

Except it's not evidence of fraud: It's not evidence that any Trump vote was changed to a Biden vote. It's not evidence of ballot stuffing or of any vote made
by an unregistered voter. Moreover, if all the ballots covered by the judge' technical ruling were omitted from the total count in Virginia, it would not change the outcome.
 
Other states will jump on the bandwagon as well. Maybe even SCOTUS at some point. If they do it has the potential to be one hell of a clusterfuck. What do you do? Just allow the results to stand? I dont see how. That would be even more corrupt. The ultimate irony?.... Seeing left tards storm DC three months from now proclaiming they were robbed. :thinking: How perrrrrrrrrrfect. ;)

Here’s a good example of how the Trump lie is perpetuated

The policy to accept these ballots was made by Virginia election officials back in August, meaning it wasn’t a sudden or back room decision, totally transparent, and more importantly, Trump lost Virginia by close to 500,000 votes, do you actually think 500,001 ballots without postage were received within three days after Election Day?

Yet, in the Fox bubble this will be presented and swallowed as proof the election was fixed
