Additionally if you had a daughter who went through something like this is Avanatti really the guy you are gonna pick out of all the lawyers in the country? Really?

If you are asking if I guess the new person is "for real"...I'd pass.

I have some of the doubts you have...but I also can understand why some people keep quiet about things I think they should have shouted about to the authorities.

I don't hate Trump. I despise the fact that he is president of the United States. But I acknowledge that he won the job fair and square. (I know lots of people here think he cheated, but the results ARE the results.)

As for the "sniff test"...as I said above...this could easily be gospel truth and it could also be a lie.

The woman picked Avenatti. She gets to choose.

I'm not crazy about the guy myself (seems to be a self-promoter), but she may have reasons to got to him rather than someone else.

I personally would not choose Avenatti or Allred.

Better yet, he labeled him a "lowlife," the guy who bonks porn stars, has his own personal fixer, has been known to stiff subcontractors, has hundreds of lawsuits against him, cheats on his wife when she is pregnant, and has to pay off other people not to talk about him labels another "lowlife"
 
Avenatti seems to be a damn good lawyer and he is solid on TV. I have not seen him in court. he may be crappy in court..or brilliant. Dunno.
