It was not a transcript. It was a Whitehouse synopsis with many parts deleted. Vindman said he was shocked by it and asked to have the whole call released. Trump edited it to make him look better and the edited version shows quid pro quo. How bad is the real call? There is no such thing as a perfect call. That was a stupid thing to say.
