Karen Pence violates debate protocol.

Hello Tacomaman,

Just when you thought that she MIGHT be the adult in the tRump/Pence duo, she shows that she is void of character as well.

She probably didn't endanger anyone but she set a terrible example - that it is OK to flaunt the laws and violate the rules you agreed to. This send the message that it is OK to violate the rules whenever you feel like it. Law enforcement failed to do their job. She should have been immediately escorted out.

This also sends a terrible message that if you're connected, or one of 'the special people,' that the rules don't apply to you.

What a poor example.

And this from the 'law and order' administration...

What a bunch of hypocrites.

"The rules apply to you but not to me."

That's what it says.

That's not leadership. It's elitism.

She must think she's special.

In retrospect, we likely gave her way too much credit. After all, she is married to one of the biggest "phonies Christians" in politics today. To be married to such a "tRumpworshipping zealot", she can't have much substance to her to begin with.

Playing the religion card is powerful and politicians know it. Singers do it too. Just sing about the Lord and automatic applause. I have to wonder how many of these public figures who wear their religion on their sleeve actually are believers.

I am certain there are a percentage of them who simply use the shtick but are really atheists.

It's kinda like the beauty pageant question of what the world needs, and the automatic predictable answer is "World peace."

In the case of a politician, the pandering absolute must is concluding a speech with "God bless America."

And Americans eat it right up.

tRump is doing the same exact thing now with his "God gave me the Corona-virus" bullshit. Just sit back and watch the plethora of pathetic "Amen's" that will follow.
