Realizing this is going to cost the US taxpayers billions, and leaving a gaping hole in our capital, the trump team is trying to desperately blame someone else for the trump terrorist attack that destroyed a third of the White House. They have picked Obama, who has been out of office for 9 years. Obama was careful to get the process correct, which makes blaming him for trump failure to follow even the simplest of processes even more crazy.

Except Obama never said anything like that. Once again, she is confusing trump with Obama. They are very different people.
What Obama did say about the state visit from India, "As we all know, in India some of life’s most treasured moments are often celebrated under the cover of a beautiful tent. It’s a little like tonight. We have incredible food and music and are surrounded by great friends."
