good lord, you don't even know what the issue is, do you.....this isn't about the electoral college......this is about local election officials creating unsupervised drop boxes and ballot harvesting without legislative action.....

The Constitution is the issue you repeatedly raised, numbskull, not local election procedures which no court found invalidated a state election. Besides, the selection of state electors is not covered by The Constitution but left exclusively to the states.

Your problem with distinctions is personal to you. Don't keep taking it out on the forum.

were you and are you still completely unaware that the US constitution says only state legislatures can set the rules by which elections can be conducted?.......are you unaware that in a dozen states including the four states who gave Biden the 42,000 votes which gave him his victory, county election officials created new rules NOT set by state legislatures......particularly unsupervized drop boxes and ballot harvesting........which were the direct creation of those 42,000 votes?......

I'm taking nothing "out on the forum".......I'm just reminding you simple minded fucks thay if we had had a constitutionally correct election Biden would never have seen the Oval Office...........

Biden's Electoral College vote (same as Trump's four years earlier) gave him the victory not that thing Righties dislike called "the popular vote". You didn't identify "the four states" that "created new rules NOT set by state legislatures", but two you've named in the past are Wisconsin and Pennsylvania. In Wisconsin, drop boxes were authorized by the State Elections Commission, an agency of the legislature and in Pennsylvania a post election ruling that pandemic influenced voting procedures were unconstitutional was reversed by The State Supreme Court.
