Kennedy buried at Arlington

according to the arlington national cemetery website, Ted Kennedy is, without question, eligible for burial there.

"Any former member of the Armed Forces who served on active duty (other than for training) and who held any of the following positions:
An elective office of the U.S. Government "

he is eligible to be buried there based on his being a Senator.... not to mention he was in the Army for a couple of years so he qualifies that way as well.

Supposedly he will be near Bobby

I didn't always agree with him but the man has died, he deserves respect , Guess I am different than some of y'all here, Death knows no Parties
 
Kennedy is eligible for burial at Arlington by virtue of his service in Congress as well as his two years in the Army, 1951 to 1953. He was a private first class and served in the military police at Supreme Headquarters Allied Powers Europe, then located in Paris and now in Belgium.
