Kilmar Abrego Garcia on way back to US

Kilmar Abrego Garcia on way back to US to face criminal charges:

Garcia for president !

Because that's where he committed that crime.

Abrego Garcia was driving a vehicle registered to a known, convicted, human smuggler when stopped in Tennessee. Conspiracy charges would be normal with Garcia and the vehicle owner along with the occupants in the vehicle being also charged.

Wire transfers overseas with money from criminal activity is a crime too. That one is fairly easy to prove given there will be a paper trail.

My bet is he will be easily confirmed as an MS 13 gang member based on evidence to date.

Given the federal conviction rate on cases is over 95% I'd say it's damn near a slam dunk he'll get double digits in prison. They might give him a plea deal for say 3 to 5 years and if he takes it that's that.

On the whole, Garcia is fucked. Worse, once convicted, the US could wave prison time and ship him straight back to El Salvador, this time making sure all the i's are dotted, and t's are crossed. So much for Judge Whatshisname's case...
I wonder if Terry would stand by this "bet" as i will take it. 6 months Av and Sig control, if Damo will enforce it on loser.

Terry betting that Garcia gets a court date and the gov't wins against him "easy". If the gov't wins, easy or not, i would call that a win for Terry.

Terry quote:

US again pushes judge to deport Kilmar Ábrego García to Liberia amid unanswered questions

-------

There is no instance where the government could get an "easy" indictment for serious crimes done in the US and instead just choose to deport the person making them a free person who could then travel from there free. NONE. But that is exactly what you will see the Trump admin do. They will end they will CHOSE to deport him somewhere, with no trial to avoid the embarrassment of a trial they would lose and facts coming out that would embarrass them.

Terry citing the government 95% conviction rate is the most laughable part as the Trump admin seems set to have a 95% failure to convict rate by the time they are done.
