He has to be a current event even if he is a sports figure. I see this drama all over my feeds. Break ups are hard. The only win would have been him staying at Ole Miss. But this was an easy move for money resources recruiting etc. Players jump teams all the time.......
But I have to say I havent seen this much anger in Mississippi since James Meredith tried to enroll in 1962.

I have to admit, Kiffin snowed me. I bought into this he's now sober, no longer banging co-ed's, has matured etc. and I was a fan. In reality he's still the same Kiffin, and will always be.

He's leaving his team prior to a playoff appearance. That's what is F'd up and he deserves all the derision he receives. And watch, he'll do something similar to LSU.

Thoughts on Jon Sumrall? It certainly seems like a fair number of Florida fans are NOT happy with the hire (and that's being kind).

As an LSU grad, I’m not crazy about this hire.
I just thought it was poor form to poach an SEC rival and all the drama leaves a bad taste.
And the expectation is for him to go to the CFP every year. That’s a lot of pressure.

As to Sumrall, it’s the same formula they used in hiring Napier. You know what the definition of insanity is.

Those two statements contradict each other.

Waaay more complicated than what you mentioned.
There’s a fairly lengthy article on this.

That's what I don't understand... Why wouldn't he stay until the season was over?

Speaking of formulas, LSU’s hiring of Kiffin is the same used for getting Kelly.

LSU did the same thing to Notre Dame to get the guy they just fired.

Of course I’m getting not happy with college football.
Not the same with players changing teams like underwear.
