When the AT&T lady did my fiber-optics installation, she didn’t attach my telco box back to the house. Every time the wind blew, the box moved and I lost the signal.My internet went down. Turns out a road crew cut my fiber optic cable and now I have a temporary cable running through my yard.This is the second time this has happened.
The AT&T guy that they sent, found tie problem in a few minutes and I have had no more problems.
The moral of the story, ask for a male technician.
