Trust me Top, whenever it all comes down to it, the amount of delegate votes given out at the end of it is going to be tremendously different. It's set up basically so that one person, no matter how many people actually supported them, will get a landslide of delegates, and be able to dictate the entire policy of the Democratic party for the next few years.
This is set up to always be the person chosen in the first 2 or 3 states. The rest of us, we basically have no say in the matter.

They're listed by amount of votes won. Just because, whenever they are reduced to percentages, they are "tied", doesn't mean one doesn't have more votes than the other. It would make more sense to list them by votes whenever the percentages indicate that they are tied than to list them alphetically, no?
In this case they are listed alphabetically on a tie. Read the list.
