Lefties and lawsuits

Most people I have encountered seem to understand that a defendant in a lawsuit is not actually guilty just because he is being sued, and that a lawsuit is just a legal proceeding. JPP lefties are a bit different, and seem to think that the legal proceeding itself can be evidence of guilt. It may sound crazy, but lefties seem to think that the number of times a person is sued and it is dismissed can be considered evidence of guilt. The more times you get sued and it is dismissed, the more guilty you are.

The craziest phenomenon I have seen with lefties and lawsuits is that when lawsuits are dismissed, lefties will see that as evidence of guilt. It happens right here on this forum, on a rather regular basis,.

Ok then let's see. Let's see what the following means to you:

"It is hereby ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED that in consideration of their affirmative assumption of responsibility contained in part III herein, the complaint against the defendants is*dismissed*against them in their personal capacity, with prejudice, as to all*allegations contained therein, and predating this Order."

Would you consider the above to be evidence of guilt? Would you consider any of the allegations described above as evidence of guilt?

the fiat currency totalitarians wish the legal system was this way.
 
In totalitarian nations where there is no "innocent until proven guilty" and for that matter even many other nations besides the US, the thinking is The police wouldn't have arrested you if you weren't guilty of something... That sort of mindset can easily be extended to civil suits as You wouldn't have been sued if you didn't do something to deserve it...

The concept of frivolous lawsuits is rejected on various basis like Those are a small minority of suits... and the like.

So, is it erroneous to think that Trump, who has been involved in over 3500 lawsuits, setting all kinds of records, might have a history of questionable activities?

The right had Hillary guilt of all kinds of crimes based solely on innuendo, and now you are questioning some interpreting the sheer number of lawsuits one person is involved in may be suspicious?
