If you could have a magical power for a day to re arrange the government and laws, including potus and all of the admin to your liking, what would America look like? I am guessing that you would start by escorting Trump out in handcuffs, but really, how would you set things up?

We would be divided into provinces and each provincial government would have authority in most matters as a parliament and the federal government would exist only for defense and to arbitrate disputes between the various parliaments. Basically something like the EU but with a single military.
 
A tax base that would support roads and schools. Would also take care of social programs. An increase in minimum wage. Civilian control of police departments. Wages flatter without the execs stealing all the profits.

Most would rather the Don just fade away, nobody wants to hear from him especially given the attention of an arrest or impeachment, maybe pay him to permanently move to Florida

The government sucks no matter what you do normally. I wouldn't touch it with a ten foot pole. I'd just make sure Republicans kept their hand off the social programs or ancestors paid into, and kept the proper separations of church, and state. Abortion, and gay marriage shouldn't even be political matters. I'd get rid of the electoral system, and make sure every person was treated equally under laws in pay.

You can always pick out the brain dead in these groups by their commie behind every corner BS, there is no communism in elected government ,nor are their socialist in our government or in this countries policy. What it says totally , is that they are just hate Zombies without a clue. By the way keep your Sanders being a socialist, he is a democratic socialist and totally rejects Marxism. He is exactly the way I am about capitalism, it's full of crap that screws the worker and enhances only the already wealthy but there is no better economic system to move to, capitalism is the way. It is in a self destruct right now from tax codes written to move all the wealth to the top, the only real reason that their hate party exists. The key to capitalism is the ability of the chance to get ahead. Since Reagan's trickle down lie, every dime of new wealth has gone to the top and that is what the right wants,(45 years) Put this together, business had massive profits during Obamas presidency the highest by far in our history and in no way needed any help, Scum bag comes along and hands billions more in tax cuts for business, and profits to the ungodly wealthy(himself) that was not in any way needed or deserved. Just more in Scum bags pocket.
