Leftists want more than anything for the Constitution to be abolished and for the Republic to be dissolved into a mob rule democracy. We've been discussing how lefitsts architect school shootings by establishing strict defenselessness zones, require all of our children to compulsorily shoe-horn into these defenselessness zones, and then advertise to the world, and to all would-be violent criminals, that the defenselessness zones are full and ready to be exploiited as target-rich environments.
The reason they go through all this trouble is that leftists can't very well sell abolition of the 2nd Amendment if there is no violence to emotionally stir people into fear and panic. Gullible Americans, typically other undereducated leftists, allow themselves to become confused and to demand Constitutional rights be stripped from the people out of fear and panic.
This video below reviews a recent court case (conviction 16 April 2024) that sent a legal gunsmith hobbyist, Dexter Taylor, to a New York prison because the State determined that he was a threat requiring a SWAT team "blast down the door" apprehension. The judge ruled that the 2nd Amendment was not allowed in her courtroom ... and included that ruling in her jury instructions, i.e. Taylor's defense team was barred from arguing anything involving the 2nd Amendment and the jury was barred from considering the 2nd Amendment. New York argued that Taylor had no right to keep and bear arms, resulting in charges of criminal possession of arms for which he was sentenced to 10 years at Rikers.
