I will immediately if it's not close (by state). If it is close in one or more "battleground" states, I'll withhold consideration until it is proven the vote wasn't fraudulent. See the Al Franken 2010 senate campaign vote for example. 312 votes difference and there was massive indications of fraud, particularly, but not exclusively, by Democrats
