I have a couple of legal questions for you
1) If someone swings a skateboard at your head (on video) is that skateboard then considered a deadly weapon thus legitimizing the use of deadly force to protect oneself?
2) If someone pulls a gun on you, does that constitute a life threatening situation in which you can defend yourself using deadly force?
Now I know that laws differ from state to state so I hope you won't hide behind that and answer these very specific questions without filibustering
