Just a thread in honor of my good buddy Sean Hannity on the day that power switches hands in Congress.
He played this song over & over again after Gore conceded the 2000 race, as though the country was finally being released from the shackles of 8 years of relative peace & pretty much uninterrupted prosperity. With our newfound "freedom," we became entrenched in a destructive, counter-productive & extremely expensive war, that essentially put every other pressing issue facing this country (SS, healthcare, energy, et al.) on the backburner.
"Let the guilty pay," as the song says....
