Like most righties the much heralded former moderator from who knows where, Celticguy, claims that "Obama is killing the coal industry and the leading industry in [West Virginia]"!
This is horse shit! The U.S. is not only burning more coal itself, but it is exporting huge amounts of coal to China! If there is a diminution in the use of coal here, and you provide no proof there is, it is coming from the competition posed by the sale of natural gas that is entering the energy markets as a result of the widespread use of fracking to provide more and cheaper natural gas all over the damn country, not from anything Obama is doing. In other words, the competition that you all love to tout as a result of the economic system under capitalism is what might be "killing the coal industry" a claim you offer no evidence of, not anything Obama is doing. In fact. he is probably kissing the coal industry's ass just as he is the asses of the Wall Street bankers who he told "I am here to help you." So please, if you are going to continue to blame Obama, for something or anything don't be so ridiculous as to blame him for things like this and at least recognize his Hamilton Project roots and stop pretending he is anything other than another in a sickeningly long line of damn centrist Democrats!
