This is pretty good proof she thought her protesting ICE was all fun and games with no risk or danger to herself whatsoever. She never for a second was thinking, Gee, if I keep doing this those ICE officers might try to arrest me and I'll end up in jail... That never entered her mind right up until her last seconds of life when she panicked and tried to run from the police.

You're not convincing me because you all are still failing to acknowledge that ICE is in the illegal immigration business, not the traffic control business. He could have taken her tag number or called a real LEO, instead he chose to escalate.
