You don't get much more liberal than Connecticut. They have the second highest tax rates next to Jersey in the country. They are running massive deficits. The same liberals who voted for him now flee. Businesses are leading most notably among them Aetna.
Now their erstwhile governor is thinking about tax incentives to try and keep them.
