NC sheriff fires captain who beat him in the Democratic primary, then won general election

SHELBY, N.C. (Associated Press) --
A North Carolina sheriff who lost a Democratic primary to his captain fired his subordinate after the captain won the general election. Cleveland County Sheriff Raymond Hamrick fired Capt. Alan Norman and three other deputies involved in the sheriff-elect's transition team, in part because they drove department cars to interview employees for the new administration.

Hamrick told The Star of Shelby he was just enforcing department policy. Hamrick got just 2 percent of the vote in the primary that Norman won.

Norman and the three deputies said they were shocked when they were fired Friday. Norman takes over as sheriff Dec. 6.

Chrispie will come on and tell her how great she was and she'll claim some idiotic excuse to explain away her behavior.

While it appears that she's beating the cancer, she will never beat the cancer that covers her soul.
You would think that someone in her condition would want to spend more time with her family, seeing as how no one knows what could happen.

I have never said I was beautiful...that was TuTu who thought so, though Beefy was kind enough to agree recently :) But maybe he will think Helen Thomas You is pretty too (strangers things have happened)

Now it appears your a little bit more than just tipsy ...hope your son can keep his mommy from falling over on the dance floor~

Her post seemed to be more of a wishful longing, then it did an explanation.
She's must be one of those people who took a self-esteem course and now she keeps looking in the mirror and telling herself how special she is.
